at Bluff Lake Nature Center

MEETING SPACE IN CENTRAL PARK, DENVER

Our beautiful nature center building is located at the entrance to the Bluff Lake site and is a short walk from our nature trails, Bluff Lake, and Sand Creek.

Within the building are two available meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 50 people. Rooms are available Monday-Sunday, 7AM–8PM, with additional fees for evening and weekend rentals. We offer special rates for Non-Profit Organizations, Community Groups, and Government Agencies. We also offer special “workshop” rates for full day rentals!

To inquire about an event date, please review the “Room Rental Agreements” and complete the rental request form below. We will be in touch to go over the details of your event and answer any questions you may have.

PLEASE NOTE: With the recent completion of our Campus Improvements Project, The Bluff Lake team is developing our room rental policies, prices, amenities, and internal systems. Please be patient with us as we build out these new structures!

LEARNING SPACE

  • Seats up to 36 at conference style tables, 24 at workshop style tables, 42 with chairs only presentation style, or 60 with high top tables only. (photos of room set ups below!)

  • 70” TV monitor with laptop connectivity

  • Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the Bluff Lake site

  • Direct Outdoor Learning Space access (by request, as our programs use this space too!) 

  • Other Included Amenities: Wireless Internet, Rolling Whiteboards, On-site parking

PRICING

In order to make Bluff Lake rental spaces accessible, while also ensuring that offering rentals is sustainable for our organization, we have implemented the following rental fee structure.

Hourly Rates:

**Evening/Weekend Upcharge: Additional $25/hour (Saturdays and Sundays all day, M-F for any hour after 5PM).

Special Workshop Packages: (Designed for full day rentals, 8AM-5PM)

**Additional hours beyond 8AM-5PM are $100/hour

Additional Information:

  • AVAILABILITY: Rooms are available to rent Monday thru Sunday from 7AM to 8PM. Standard business hours are Monday thru Friday, 7AM to 5PM. For hourly rentals beyond 5PM or on weekends, an additional $25/hour is added to the hourly rate (in order to ensure proper Bluff Lake team staffing for your rental).

  • SET UP/CLEAN UP: All rentals will have access to the space 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your rental time for set up/clean up.

  • PAYMENT SCHEDULE: At the time of final booking, a one time nonrefundable deposit will be charged, equivalent to one hour of your rental (including any upcharges). This fee holds the room for you and is nonrefundable. The remainder of your rental fee is due the day of your rental.

  • PAYMENT METHOD: Fees can be paid by check or through an online invoice (credit card processing adds a 3% fee, ACH/bank deposit adds a 1%/$10 max fee)
